Can my tenants use it too?
Yes. Invited tenants have a separate hub linked to their tenancy. They can view shared documents, report repairs, send messages and see recorded rent information.
Does proco collect rent or connect to my bank?
Rent payments and expenses are manually recorded. proco does not currently collect payments or reconcile bank transactions.
Does it guarantee my property is compliant?
No. proco helps you organise records and dates. Responsibilities depend on the property, tenancy and UK nation. Official guidance is linked in the workspace; seek qualified advice where needed.
